On the aroma, a combination of cinnamon, oak, brown sugar, and other baking spices, with some faint traces of minerality. On the palate, the flavors accentuate the profile of the aroma, with an overtone of cinnamon apple pie crusted with brown sugar, seems like a fair bit of barrel influence for a reposado, to the point of being slightly bourbony. On the finish, the apple pie flavors dissipate into a mix of oak and cinnamon flan.
Clean yet earthy, with a lightly herbal aroma of cucumber, lime citrus, agave, and some minerality, quite mellow if a bit muted. More citrus on the flavor, as well as some vegetal agave, and a mellow sweetness. The finish initially hits with a vegetal sweetness, followed by bitter black pepper and a touch of sage and citrus.

Lou talks about why he enjoys El Stativo Tequila Blanco.
Aromas of cinnamon and dried fruits, followed by caramel, oak, and a decent dose of vanilla. The flavors blend oak and cinnamon notes with some orange chocolate. On the finish, another hit of cinnamon, as well as a lasting caramel coating, and a continuation of those flavors of orange chocolate, quite whiskey-esque overall.
