Aromas of cinnamon and dried fruits, followed by caramel, oak, and a decent dose of vanilla. The flavors blend oak and cinnamon notes with some orange chocolate. On the finish, another hit of cinnamon, as well as a lasting caramel coating, and a continuation of those flavors of orange chocolate, quite whiskey-esque overall.

Really solid anejo. Nose- fruity agave, vanilla, caramel, oak Taste- agave, vanilla, oak, smokey Finish- a bit short wish it lasted longer Overall really good on the front end with a mouthful of flavor, easy to drink organic tequila. For its price tag well worth having a bottle!

This Anejo is far behind it’s sister spirit, the reposado . This one hits you with a whiskey taste right from the start and not much more. The barrel char is very dominant in both taste and aroma. The reposado is so much more fun in both taste and aroma. I could not stop drinking the repo with it’s vanilla, honey and fruity tastes and smell. I will only purchase the reposado here forward!

I appreciate the Organic side of tequila and know the amount of labor that goes into it and you can taste it in these products, excellent. Very viscous with superior body and flavor profile but their finishes are epic. I get smokey tropical notes like banana, soft vanilla sweetness with big oak, a cigar smokers dessert.

Another gem from this Distillery, definitely different oak, I’m thinking first fill and probably Tennessee Barrels because of the smoke and leather. Fig, Pecans, Oak, Vanilla and a refined finish. 4 thumbs up

I am not a blanco drinker whatsoever, but I still read the reviews to get an idea of what to expect once it’s aged. I’m a big fan of the vanilla and caramel flavors in tequila, but I also really enjoy a smooth finish. Yes the flavor is there I enjoy but it’s lacking that smooth feeling to go along with it. I like to hold the drink in my mouth for a short time to experience the “effect”. This lacked the feel I’m am accustomed to. It’s not a bad tequila and I will buy this again, but for the price there are better bargains to be had.
