Fruity with some minerality and a decent oily feel. Different than most Blanco's you'll come across

High proof nose definitely fills your nostrils. Lot of pepper and heat on the palate.

TMM Blind Tasting • Visual: Amber w/ pale amber thin edge • Initial Nasal Impact: Warming w/ slight prickle • Aroma: Cherry, honey, Cabernet, expressed + flamed orange oil • Mouthfeel: Drying then big fruit w/ generous alcohol • Flavor: Dried cherry, honey, orange, Cabernet, pepper, wet tobacco • Finish: Long and balanced. Cabernet and cherry come up big on the retro nasal w/ orange and some wet tobacco

Neutral aroma is interesting as on sipping this is a spice bomb and likely higher proof. Cinnamon, agave and natural sweetness lead to a lingering finish with some major tongue tingle and mouth buzz.
