Batch EA01/22 courtesy of Jon-Paul. Very nice nose that gives lots of barrel aromas. Some agave, cinnamon, vanilla and oak. The whiskey notes come through in a pleasant way. The taste is very nice with the barrel flavors coming on first. Oak, caramel, chocolate, dried fruits. Nice mouthfeel and viscosity. I hope their new XA is as good as this one.

Batch No. EA01/22. Color: dark yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, light vanilla, sweet wood notes, cinnamon, minty, creamy but not cloying. Palate: cooked agave, vanilla sweetness, light wood spiciness, butterscotch, cinnamon. Finish is medium to long, sweet cooked agave, light wood notes with vanilla sweetness lingers!
