Simple earthy flavor profile, but not a bad sipper for the high proof.

Lote: BCOCORHP010223HV, tasted on 2-2-24. Aroma: raw agave, agave fibers, hay, light green vegetal note, after 20 minutes in the glass the agave note becomes slightly sweet, fiber and hay aroma is more intense, hint of earthiness, minerality. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, there is a soapy aroma on my retronasal. Slightly acidic. Finish is medium to long, raw agave, hint of soapy aroma, hay and fibers with an acidic note persists.

Pretty elegant for a still strength. Nice silky sweet agave with notes of flowers, butter, and watermelon.
