Nicely balanced notes of cooked agave and barrel notes, still favor their D’Antano

Vanilla, pitted fruit (peach), raisin and agave. Delicious and reminiscent of D’Antano.
Only available from the distillery store in downtown Atotonilco MX. Seek some out.
Cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, sandalwood, nutmeg, and oak on the palate. Delicious
Mid-creamy mouthfeel. Smooth finish.
L87/18 bottled on 171218. Barrica No. 301. 38% abv. Color: light yellow. Aroma: light aromatic oak wood notes, light sweet vanilla, very light sweet cooked agave, anise, resinous wood. Palate: very smooth, cooked agave, oak, vanilla. Finish is medium, oak, light vanilla and light cooked agave notes persist.
Even on a hot day, the richness and complexity of this gem just lasted and lasted. A special tequila experience.
Wow, this one was special. Absolutely the most floral aged tequila I’ve had. Complex.

The finish is masterful!! I am in tequila bliss state. A lovely taste and transition to the aftertaste that is pleasant and a balance of sweet and naughty.
Really well balanced for an extra anejo. The aging adds to the other flavors instead of overpowering them. One of my favorite extra anejo s now.
