Excellent! Really balanced between the spice, wood, citrus, and sweet. I taste agave, pepper, oak, orange, and vanilla. It has great legs and looks relatively light for being aged 5 years. Very enjoyable.

Aroma of tobacco, leather and raisin. Citrus, peach, caramel flavor. Slightly dry finish. Thumbs up.

Great expression! Excellent aroma, agave flavor is not overwhelmed by the oak, very well balanced with a smooth finish! Can't wait to taste the 10yr, awaiting its arrival! Pricey!

The nose to me . I get hints of raisins, dark fruit and light spice. The liquid coats the palate nice. I get hints of pear, cinnamon and spices. The flavors are bold and different. The flavor lingers after going down. It’s definitely one of the better bottles and I’m not a fan of Patron. Due to the fact there are better tequilas out there.

A well balanced and perfectly aged añejo. Elegant, refined, sophisticated with unique and rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla and caramel on the nose. Harmonious agave and bourbon barrel flavors and spice notes on the palate. I do pick up the toasted oak and vanilla caramel with some spice, orange and raisins. The finish is long and smooth. The natural subtle agave sweetness balances out at the end revealing a hint more of bourbon barrel wood spice, toasted oak and cooked agave. Overall, this tastes like a fine, well crafted, perfectly aged masterpiece. At $180 it may seem a bit overpriced for the value but when compared to other pricy añejos, I think it’s a really good value. Luckily I found one at Third Base Market and Spirits.

Fantastic from "the nose to the toes." Color is as good as it gets...looks beautiful in a Riedel glass. The nose is rich, almost butterscotch scent. The taste hits tones of honey, caramel with notes of agave on the backend. Very good lingering taste on the palate.
