Aroma: Honey crisp apple, some very liga herbal notes, some light vanilla, clean but not very complex. Flavor: Very light and sweet cooked agave, a bit of baking spice, anise, some light vanilla, but perhaps slightly bland. Finish: A dry finish that combines anise, agave, some black pepper, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and vanilla.

Aroma/Taste –  Right off the bat, I'm greeted by the comforting scent of cooked agave, intertwined with the richness of roasted pineapple and cherry. There's a surprising hint of licorice and baking spices, adding depth to the aroma. As I delve deeper, I uncover a delightful interplay of fruity sweetness and subtle almond notes. Finish – The finish echoes the initial impressions, with lingering notes of roasted pineapple and butterscotch. While I appreciate the warmth, I can't help but notice a slightly bitter edge in the final moments. Overall – This tequila boasts one of the most distinctive aromas I've encountered, and I found it quite enjoyable. However, the bitterness in the finish detracted slightly from the overall experience. Nonetheless, it offered a refreshingly different journey through flavor profiles.

Uncooked agave, oak, cinnamon, spices on the nose The barrel is overwhelming on the taste. Agave doesnt come through

Nose is french oak floral and rain water. Nice agave sweetness and some wood notes that turn to a mellow finish with some tip of tongue numbing. Tasted during the AF Reposado blind 2024.

Bright nose, tropical, citrus? Odd finish. Was not a fan of this one and price kills it. Tasted with AF 2024 Blind Repo.

Overall - typical repo characteristic + attractive color/legs. Aroma - okay with some anise. Flavor - sweet . . . definitely vanilla + bit of cherry but maybe too sweet. Finish - vanilla lingers but not pronounced.

Sorry, this, although it's a repo/anejo/XA blend, it comes through like an over oaked repo with more bourbon notes than agave. Overpriced at 180+. Hard pass from a mediocre brand. I do enjoy their limited run Blanco Smoke though. Not smokey at all, but agave forward.

Distillery tasting. Amazing looking bottle! I pick up funky fruit, oak and sweetness with a slight bitter finish. Have to knock some points for price on this one. 80 Separate blind rating: 80 Nice welcoming nose that’s a little fruity and floral. Flavors of agave, light spice, and strawberry Twizzler. As easy and pleasant drinker with some hidden flavors.

I liked this blend alot, although the price is high. There maybe was something missing in here for me though. Without a doubt though...It's a solid sipper and additive free

Fancy bottle and all. A tri-blend of 3 expressions is still considered a Reposado. Slight heat, light Carmel and spice. Price point brings the score down, at $200 a bottle.

Notes of tropical dry fruit, soft vanilla, a touch of cinnamon with a velvety mouthfeel that carries through with the fruit (cherry, peach), toasted nuts, bitter chocolate and. light baking spices in the mouth. The short finish leaves you wanting another sip. Naturally semi sweet with a dry finish. Unusual for a luxury segment tequila in its complexity and natural sweetness. Very enjoyable.

There’s some vanilla in the aroma, but not over-the-top. I also get some fruit (dried cherry), orange peel and toasted oak. It smells just like a barrel room. Flavor: Raisin, vanilla, dried fruit, butter. Mouthfeel is full and oily. Finish is pleasant and clean. This is a solid additive-free tequila in a fancy tall bottle… imagine that!

Blind taste test Aroma- sharp and clean, green apple, not very complex Flavor- Interesting with more happening than the aroma. Agave, apple, and a bit of baking on spice. Finish- dry and flat, green apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon, sour at first, but that improves Overall- Not worth the price point

I let it breathe for 20 min. before teying. Prominent oak flavor on the initial sip. Not very sweet and agave forward. The finish is a bit bitter/woody. Given that it's a Extra Anejo, it seems immature. could've been a blanco if I didn't know any better. Grossly, Grossly overpriced at about $182 (Total Wine, Dallas).

Very light color, amazing aroma, that actually improves over time in the glass, 15, 30minutes. Chocolate and cooked agave is there, very smooth but not that sweet. no additives wow. Not oily, smooth. It is unique

Lote: L054I220292, bottled on 25-11-2022, tasted on 10-12-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, light acidity, light vanilla notes and a touch of wood note emerges after 15 minutes in the glass, a touch of black pepper and light herbaceousness. After 30 minutes in the glass the agave notes become slightly sweet. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, alcohol sensation is medium to medium high initially but balances out, it ends with a touch of bitterness. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with vanilla and a fragrant wood note persists.
