It's been popular in Mexico for several years now, but cristalino tequila is still a pretty foreign concept in the United States.
The only cristalino I would actually drink. Master Distiller Ana Maria Meno nailed this "filtering" process after barrel aging correctly. Not only did she manage to retain some color, but retained earthy aromas and flavors without the use of additives. I appreciate her effort.
