In this tequila tasting, we're exploring a mix of smells and tastes, mostly influenced by the barrel. When you smell it, you'll notice hints of caramel and oak first, with a bit of black pepper and baking spice, like you might find in a well-aged whiskey. The smell gets even more interesting with subtle touches of barrel spice, adding depth and richness. When you take a sip, you'll taste flavors like vanilla and cinnamon, along with a hint of allspice. But the tequila tastes a lot like whiskey, with strong flavors of sawdust and wood shavings from aging in the barrel. This gives it a bold, woodsy taste, but it kind of hides the natural agave flavor. Overall, this tequila is all about the barrel. If you're into whiskey-like tequilas with lots of depth, you'll probably enjoy it. But if you're looking for more of that pure agave taste, you might want to try something else that balances the barrel and the agave flavors better.

This tequila offers an aroma with distinct mineral, herbaceous, and grassy notes, complemented by a subtle hint of orange peel and a touch of acetone. On the palate, the flavor profile is a blend of freshness and crispness, featuring green fruits like pear and melon. The raw agave essence comes through, accompanied by a subtle bitterness, once again the minerality comes very noticeable that makes me think about limestone. It leaves you an enjoyable fruity/minty lingering sensation
