Aroma: cooked agave, earthy, light vanilla, dirt aroma that dissipates after 15 minutes and a hint of banana & red cooked apples emerges. Light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light black pepper, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with a bit of sweetness with red cooked apple notes persist.
Lote: 233B01N:07, bottled on 10-11-2020, Mexican 1 liter 35% abv. version. Aroma: salty raw agave, briny, vegetal, light cooked agave note after 20 minutes in the glass. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, in the mouth it feels saltier, too salty. Finish is medium to medium long because the salty and vegetal sensation is quite intense and persists.
