sweet agave notes
Mexican 35% abv. versión, no lot codes, marbete is from 2009, tasted on 4-8-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: raw agave, slightly herbaceous, alcohol sensation is medium to medium high, earthy, dirt aroma that I associate with tequilas that have spent many years in a bottle, acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, sour, ends astringent and slightly bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw agave, earthy & dirt aroma with a hint of vanilla and hint of wood note persists.
From 2007, get hints of diffuser or autoclave Couple defects sensation and basic framework (raw agave is present) and it’s a orange peel explosion.
