Aroma: cooked agave, slightly herbaceous, ethanol sensation is medium high which might cover up some subtle aromas, earthy, slightly acidic. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, quite herbaceous in the mouth. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with light alcohol bitterness persists.
Mexican 38% abv. 1 liter version, LOTE NO 1000343, marbete is from 2002. Tasted on 12-13-23. Color: very light yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, light citrus, earthy, dusty, light orange peel. Palate: confirms aromas perceived but flavor is quite subtle and dusty sensation is more intense on the palate. Finish is short to medium, a hint of cooked agave with a hint of citrus with earthy dusty notes persist but not too long.
