TMM Blind Tasting:2025 The aroma is tropical with a touch of ethyl spice and light brine. On the palate, cooked agave’s sweet potato essence is complemented by tropical fruit, light cacao, clove, green grapes, and a vegetal quality. The finish is sweet with a vegetal tone, light spice, a fresh character, and a subtle lingering sweetness of peppermint.
