Agave citrus cherry
Vessel: Glencairn Nose: Carmel, Almond, Honey, Oak, Champagne Yeast Mouthfeel: Medium-Bodied Palate: Carmel (slightly muted) Honey (slightly muted, Oak/Barrell notes, Walnut Finish: Honey, Oak, Walnut, Vanilla, Coffee ( about a minute after the sip) This one has something about it that is kind of off, I can't quite out my finger on it but I will say that there are some notes that taste a bit muted for some reason.
Vessel: Glencairn Nose: Earth, Agave, Minerality, Funk, Anise, Mint, Thyme Mouthfeel: light bodied, fairly delicate Palate: Agave, Pepper, dried fruit, thyme Finish: Agave, Vanilla, Cream Soda, Floral, Citrus
Unlike the repo I tasted, this one is good on the nose and the palate. Sweet agave on the nose. Even though not agaves, this has a nice vanilla punch. Has mineralality and a touch of earth. I get dried fruits. On the palate, I get sweet agave and black pepper. It is fruity and has a nice finish with a touch of alcohol burn. I would definitely drink this again.

Additive-free $65 700 ml Vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, barrel spices. On the nose, I didn't get much oak or whiskey. I got a little on the palate with a slight dryness that faded off quickly. the longer it opened, the dryness subsided https://shop.loslinderostequila.com/ Bottles purchased at @thecellarmx - san jose del cabo, Mexico
