Despite the potent alcohol presence, it remains balanced, offering cocoa and fruity undertones that round out the complexity. On the palate, whiskey, caramel, and vanilla come forward, accompanied by roasted nuts and a warming alcohol spice that clings pleasantly to the tongue. Cinnamon and a light orange citrus provide a bright contrast to the deeper notes of cocoa, clove, and cooked agave’s raisin essence. There’s a delightful blend of tangy, fruity, and cider-like tones that keep the profile lively. The finish is soft, leaving behind light cider and oak, with fading cocoa, tanginess, and a gentle trace of cooked agave that lingers satisfyingly.

NOM 1426 So under the radar and so fucking good! Not easy to find, if you see the original funny looking bottle with the red clown nose topper, grab it. Clean, crisp, agave forward. Lime, citrus, mint, melon, a great sleeper for sure! Avoid the new NOM 1438 version.

NOM 1438- better than the reposado from the same nom, but again a big difference from the original NOM 1426. This is drinkable, but definitely not high-end

NOM 1438- there's an artificial taste to me, and there is a huge difference between the original 1426 and this 1438. This has additives and tastes it IMO

All I can say is WOW. Reminds me of a good fall/day. The agave,caramel and chocolate blends together really well. Little to no oak presence. Nice creamy mouth fell that makes you want more. Every sip is a journey.
