Mexican 35% abv. versión, marbete is from 1999, tasted on 3-17-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light acidity, light vanilla, light wood note, slightly earthy. Hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, pepper spiciness, very light hint of a metallic note that dissipates quickly. Finish is medium, light cooked agave with pepper spiciness and earthy notes persist.
Nose is not very pleasant. Almost like a baby’s diaper. Taste is a little better with agave and some funk. It does have a nice finish.
