NOM 1460, Mexican 35% abv. versión, lote: LTMR16201, bottled on 28-12-2016, tasted on 8-2-24. Color: yellow. Aroma: light raw agave, slightly herbaceous, hint of vanilla, light to medium ethanol aroma, hint of a metallic aroma that dissipates, hint of orange, after 20 minutes in the glass the agave note becomes slightly sweet, light cooked agave. Hint of citrus, hint of earthiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light orange note through my retronasal, good sweet sour and citrus balance but ends a tad dry. Finish is medium, hint of cooked & raw agave, hint of orange with light ethanol aroma persists but not too long.
