So clearly not a top tier sipper but if you are looking for a specific flavor profile it may fit the bill for you. The bar I was at used it to make a cucumber jalapeno margarita which makes sense given the notes that you pick up when drinking this. If you want jalapeno and fruit with a pinch of agave then this might be for you
Ghost Pepper infused, spicy and sweet. Aroma; pepper, floral, raw agave, orange and lemons. Palate; citrus, agave, black pepper, and ghost pepper spicy hot but not over powering. Finish long with pepper hot at first and sweet at balance. Good for anyone who likes spicy hot peppers and great for a spicy margarita or Paloma.
With it's Ghost Pepper infusion, this spicy somewhat sweet tequila is the perfect base for a Bloody Maria. Slight aroma of pepper along with some floral notes on the nose, this is nicely hot in the mouth without overpowering the tequila flavor of the base blanco.
Ghost Tequila has lined up the 'Ghost Cocktail Challenge', an online contest for bar staff in the US.
Some tequila producers are laying the groundwork for sustainability, but bartenders and conscientious consumers can fight the good fight, too.
