Aroma: hint of cooked agave, light caramel, hint of earthiness, hint of vanilla, light acidity, hint of sourness, hint of wood note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, toasted caramel, light maple sweetness, light aromatic toasted wood note. Hint of toffee through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light toasted caramel, hint of vanilla, hint of maple syrup with a hint of cooked agave note persists. Agave note is barely noticeable.
