Smells like it’s gonna taste like pure candy but once it hits your lips it’s surprisingly soft and restrained. I’m not picking up any nonsense from additives but this is a bi-product of the low ABV(35%). From my understanding this is no longer in production, too bad.
Nose: Rich agave. Ripe nectarines and cherries. Cut grass and a flinty note. Flavor: Peppery with cloves, anise and dark brown sugar.
Aromas of agave, oranges, nuts and spices. Some oak peaking through. Flavor starts with hot pepper, some brown sugar and allspice. Fiery pepper finish with some underlying oak and spice.
Roast agave, pepper, vegetal aromas. Vegetal and mellow (35%ABV) in the mouth. Finishes somewhat hot.
