Tasted at La Cofradia. Not good. But not bad.

I have had this bottle for a while and it has a 2008 tax stamp. Nose is oak and agave and the signature La Cofradia aroma. Initial entry has spice and agave along alcohol and oak. The finish has some strange metallic note though as it fades that holds the score down.

Very subtle aroma. Flavor profile includes vanilla, agave and something reminiscent of cream soda. Everything about this one was understated. Disappointing.

Carmel with hints of spice. Good sipper. It has a great nose, but the alcohol smacks you in the face.

I've tried lots of anejos and love this one. So tasty and excellent value for money.
