On the palate, brings in a good dose of agave sweetness, rounded out by hints of oak, cinnamon, and vanilla. The finish leaves behind strong notes of black pepper, as well as some cinnamon spice.
On the nose, the aromas blend apple pie, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and cooked agave. The flavors are a continuation of that blend from the aroma, with notes of caramel entering the mix. A crisp caramelized apple finish that leaves behind lingering notes of baking spices and apricot.
