Nose has agave, some barrel notes, light nose. unique palate, soft, very interesting flavor, tough to describe. Not bad, not great. High price

Some green and floral aromas with sweeter flavors. Only had a small sample but it was floral, sweet, and very soft. I am a big fan of El Tequileño but this one didn’t strike as good of a balance between flavor and price; I’ll stick to their other offerings.

Aroma has a lot of black licorice, orange peel, and leather. Flavor has some barrel spice and oak sweetness. Pleasant vanilla flavor and finish.

This is a special bottle ( only 1000 produced) a beautiful presentation followed by some amazing juice. This XA has it all working, sweet honey and cooked agave notes, light vanilla, crème brûlée, apricot and some cooking spice. Nice long finish. Pricing is high, but there is a limited number of bottles

I had the chance to sip this with stony at their tasting room in MX. It’s a beautiful XA with all the DNA of El Tequileño. Price is high on this one but it is very limited.

A beautiful presentation bottle with an excellent tequila. Definitely, a lot of care went into this barrel mix. High price brings it down a couple of points.

smooth sweet smelling aroma. does not have the traditional guervo tequila smell. smooth finish Color Rich deep amber with golden hue. Aroma French butter with toasty nuance of sweet vanilla and crème brûlée. Taste Savory notes of rich cooked agave, toasted oak, burnt orange, toffee, vanilla, walnut, and slight earthiness. Finish Creamy and lush falling off the side of your tongue, lingering its way down your palette ... beckoning for another sip.

nose: loads of dried fruit and oak. it even smells rich. taste: dried fruit once again with vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, and oak on the end. finish: lingering and pleasant.
