The initial nose has some light scents of honeysuckle and mint. There’s some underlying cooked agave but it too is a light scent. Once it opens up it has a nice clean floral scent. On first sip I get some sweetness from the cooked agave. It’s on the front of the palate. As the sweetness subsides a pleasant white pepper starts to appear. That pepper and sweetness continue into the finish. The more I sip I start to get some citrus and minerality. This isn’t a dense nor complex blanco but it has a nice approachable flavor at a very affordable price. This tequila is made with only agave, water, and yeast and it’s certified organic. MSRP 37 - 80 proof / 40% ABV.
