If you drank this, it is probably because a total wine associate told you it was the bee's knees... This is a superb starter tequila. If you want to get your friends and family into "luxury" tequilas, you have them try this. The sweetness takes away from the typical bite that tequila has. I can see how an experience sommelier may turn their nose, however, since it may seem unnaturally sweet. Maybe that's from the cognac barrel? Either way, it's a great sipper, especially for those just starting out.

Hints of fake fruity autoclave processing signature. Slightly immature, otherwise not bad. Would share after a date, but not for my private stock.

A little note of sweet, smooth finish, I loved it.

I stumbled upon this tequila like a secret agent finding a hidden stash at the house I crashed. They promised it was additive-free, but my taste buds are side-eyeing that claim harder than a detective questioning a suspect. Apparently, this tequila spent 24 months in a cognac barrel, but the vanilla and sweetness are giving me trust issues – more like a covert operation gone wrong. While some might dub this the James Bond of bourbons, as a tequila purist, it's like trying to convince a cat that it's a dog – just not happening. This spirit might have its undercover fans, but for me, it's a mission aborted in the realm of genuine tequila pleasures. .

The sweetest tequila - the lightest bite - and a fantastic burn. The best aged Tequila I’ve ever had; incredibly smooth sipper and I would be scared to mix with anything.

taste the additives..too sweet..maybe would have been better aged to an extra anejo?

I remember tasting saccharine that was used as a sweetener when I was young. This tequila reminded me of that.

For the price an Anejo which is aged for 24 months in French Oak Cognac barrels and naturally sweet very good in today’s additives tequila market. It lacks body and finish but for $89 it’s a great Anejo tequila. Very smooth, not overly sweet, slight caramel & vanilla on the finish-slight vanilla wish it was more. Lacks agave and pepper/spicy but still good.

Well! Sweet-Carmel-Vanilla and very faint Agave. Good entry level or as a desert drink. Taste a little like Clase Azul. Buy this instead it’s much cheaper and taste the same. Cheers
