Alcohol forward aroma followed by apple. No cooked agave. Flavor shows cantaloupe with watermelon. Vanilla notes linger with some oak but it is astringent with alcohol finish. Literature says additive free, but when challenged the rep said it is self proclaimed, not through independent testing.
