Aromas of Soft agave, light vanilla, light oak Taste of faint milk caramel, nutmeg, green agave, and light oak. Vanilla more pronounced, but plays well and balances out the oak. Moderately sweet. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is relatively short and delicate. Overall I’d call this one light and delicate, soft, with some complexity that results in an early evening sipper.
