On the nose, sweet creamy notes, agave and oak. Definitely barrel spice and a bit of vanilla, almost a custard note. On the palate, very closely matches the nose. Barrel spice, agave, vanilla. Has a nice “bite” to it without being offensive or poorly made. Has a nice sweetness without being over the top. Very tasty stuff, and a solid value. Looking forward to the blanco but moreso añejo, I have a feeling that will be the star of the show.

Cooked agave and butterscotch. Alcohol burn on the back end. Strong pepper flavor on the second sip.

Good product! Oak/barrel spice layer overpowers the agave essence. I liked their Blanco the most, followed by their Anejo, then this one

This is a different repo but very good repo Light Smokiness on the forefront followed by a flight clove/cinnamon (from the agave), right into a slight bit of fruitiness (red apple), ends with little caramel and black pepper Very nice.

This adds from the blanco a bit of smoke on the nose and some barrel spice of oak, clove, vanilla and light agave. Moderate length finish with some slight oak bitterness. More Viva Mexico than Gran Dovejo from 1414.

On the nose again I get a light cheese smell just like the blanco, cooked agave , caramel, vanilla , on the taste it caught me off surprise in a good way, I get a cinnamon taste , cooked agave, clove or like a ginger bread cookie , really tasty.
