Aromas of cinnamon and agave. Flavor weighs in with artificially sweetened vanilla frosting, dusted with cinnamon. Finish has some bitterness. A slight medicinal note.

Cinammon and light agave nose. Thin and sweet in the mouth with no finish. Slight sucralose taste with a touch of bitterness at the back. Simple and unfulfilling due to the lack of body and finish. Perhaps an easy choice for non-tequila drinkers, but not great for converting them since it lacks the complexity of a well-done tequila.

The aroma has a nice agave and cinnamon component that I like. But the flavor is too sweet and simple for me. Not a bad product, but I wish they would lighten up on the sweetness, perhaps some more complexity might come forward.

The nose shows a lot of alcohol, some sweetness and vanilla creaminess, some citrus and earthiness, and just a touch of butter. The nose is better than the taste. On taste definite alcohol swirling around, vegetal, some sweetness and light citrus. This is not even worth $30, as there are so many better tequilas as you can buy in this price range. Very disappointed in the Rock's hype, and IMO, just more crap on the market.

Not particularly bad tasting as much as just doesn’t taste like much. Citrus and agave notes, $29 per liter it’s very on par with casamigos (2016) and Avion but at a lower price point

Clean and earthy was my initial take. The product has it's own NOM but is made at a distillery that has 4 other NOMs co located at the same physical location. I don't taste additives or any diffuser artifacts but cannot assume the brand will stay true to that. I've published some thoughts in Agave Collectors group on Facebook for which I am moderator and it would be redundant to repost here.

It's not a bad tequila bit is not overly complex. Sweet with a little pepper but I find it hard to discern other flavors. For the price though would be fine for cocktails.

It felt aggressive and bitter. I would try it again and reevaluate.

A lot lighter and smoother then I expected, great for shots or sipping with soda. Not sure if I’d buy again but worth trying for the rock!

After initially rating this very poorly, I let this sit on the shelf for a month, I broke it out again last night. While it still lacks layers of mineral, pepper, etc... I was able to savor a lot more agave than I had first noted. That bumped it up a notch or two for me.

Makes excellent fruity margaritas, was good on the rocks with a squeeze of lime as well.

Unfortunately I can’t get past the aroma and taste of burnt plastic/chemical, it’s even noticeable once mixed in a cocktail. I wonder sometimes if this is due more to the packaging/bottling vs the actual product itself? Once you get past the plastic flavors there are prominent notes of black pepper and subtle notes of citrus. It appears the product was intended to be produced the traditional way and made at an affordable price, yet they need to figure out the source of the artificial/plastic aromatics.

Absolutely terrible nose and palate. Strong aroma of canned asparagus and dirty dishwater.

Nose of tangerine, rubber, and acetone. Flavors of vanilla, earth, spice, citrus, a coppery pepper. Smooth introduction and sharp alcohol after bite. This doesn’t taste like tequila. The hangover is as bad as cheap vodka. You can tell a lot of love went into making this product, the copper aging and roasting of the agave is apparent. Added flavors or mixtos or something in processing (plastic? solvents?) destroys what could be an amazing tequila. It’s not unpleasant tasting, it’s just like...flavored tequila with a hangover. Altos, Luna Azul, even Hornitos is better in the price range.

I will say that I did like it but it didn't make me want to buy more. It's a decent mid-pack blanco with a good price point. Flavor was a little light and it wasn't harsh or offensive going down.

I have been drinking tequila since 1975. I doubt a day goes by without having tequila in one form or another, usually neat. I may not be an expert but I know a good tequila from a bad tequila. That said, last night at our local eatery (which has a very good selection of tequila) I noticed an unopened bottle of Teremana Blanco. I knew nothing about it and was excited to try a new tequila. I asked for a single ounce neat. The nose was nothing special. One sip was one too many. Honestly it is the worst Blanco tequila I have ever had the displeasure of drinking. I could not finish drinking it. Chilling with ice did not help. My wife had the same opinion. I asked two servers to try it and they both had the same opinion. It is abrasive up front with a strange chemical taste most comparable to Listerine or Lavoris mouthwash with a touch of brake cleaner added for flavor. It leaves an offensive metallic like aftertaste on the back of the pallet which unfortunately lasted for a long time. This must be an experiment from a chemist laboratory to approximate a Blanco tequila. I have no idea how anybody could give this a five out of five star review.

Interesting, lots of citrus, grapefruit on the nose but big alcohol on the taste. Definitely priced for mixing, burning after taste if sipped alone. At this price point for a tequila that’s made on a single distillery, certified gluten free and kosher, claiming to be small batch, cooked in hornos and distilled on copper stills, definitely a bargain.

Nice tequila. Nose is okay with a little sweetness. Taste is solid, lots of citrus and minerality with a hint of licorice. Brings a little kick. Finish is mild without much linger. Probably not a sipper for me but a mixer for sure. Look forward to trying the repo.
