This bottle differs from the pictured bottle. This is part of the Maji decorative series, that may be visually appealing to consumers. Nose: Initial aroma presents light agave and spice. As it opens up, baked agave becomes more prominent. Slightly floral with a cellar note. A whiff of sulfur. Flavor: Cinnamon, feisty pepper and vanilla. Some bitterness on the fade out. The palate experience is far more aggressive than the nosing. Pretty one dimensional, and the flavors aren’t singing in harmony. But drinkable. Finish is mostly pepper heat and a dash of bitters.
