Tasted through all three Hiatus, Repo my least favorite. I did not really like the finish, a little harsh. Their blanco is outstanding.

L - 07111815 Initial nasal impact is drying and warming. The aroma leads with the classic Cofradia lactic, yeast, brine and musty funkiness. Cooked agave, butter, anise, some citrus and cream soda. Cinnamon, floral and baking spice are also present on the nose. A sharp and warming mouth feel with generous alcohol and medium body. The flavor continues the Cofradia profile: lactic, yeast, cooked agave, banana, brine, cinnamon, toffee and licorice. Whiskey, oak barrel and herbal round out the backend with a nice peppery medium to long finish. My only expression so far from Hiatus and will certainly try the others. You definitely need to like the Cofradia influence to appreciate this brand, thankfully I do. There is a lot to find in this reposado if you take the time to look for it.
