Much smoother and well-balanced than the other products in the line.

less vanilla than the reposado, a nice deep oaky caramel flavor with earthy tones. A rich after taste with mild vanilla hints

The tasting note that’s stood out to me was caramel popcorn. There was a nuttiness, vanilla, and caramel finish that led me to that conclusion. Overpriced unfortunately.

Smooth as silk with butterscotch undertones. When I can afford it, I buy it- Simples!

Extraordinarily smooth, vanilly, delightful. Not sure if it pairs quite right with chorizo, that might be harshing my review a wee bit. Quite sweet, I think I detect a vague hint of spice on the finish?

good but not as good as the repo. to me it has more of an alcohol smell and taste. Not as smooth as the repo in my mind. still easy to drink but I like the DJ repo better.

This tequila has a good start in both aroma and flavor but it lacks on finish. Nice cream soda or caramel taste mix with cinnamon, agave and butterscotch making it a little too sweet at finish. I think it is artificial sweet

Extra ordinary tequila. Amazing nose with intense vanilla and agave aroma that surprises considering this is an anejo. Creamy texture, full bodied tequila with vanilla, agave and sweet flower notes. It has a long and peppery finish that is usually found in traditional blancos. This tequila won't disappoint you.

I'm new to Tequila and I'm learning what I like. This was the 1st tequila that I truly liked. The smell, the flavor, the finish, all near perfect. To be fair I didn't give it a perfect score. I'm sure there's others out there I'll love too. I feel that the price ($61 in Oregon) was quite fair for the quality. I thank the others that reviewed this tequila which convinced me to try it.

Lucky me... I found this beer bottle sized treasure behind the gas station attendant. l NOM 1416. dated 03.12.14 Buttery roasted agave, sweet caramel and oak. Medium bodied, clings to the glass with slow long tears. Pleasantly sweet, butterscotch and light pepper. Oh, that tequila tingle, makes me smile and want another sip. Nice lingering finish with a good balance of mild agave and slightly bitter oak that's doing a lovely waltz for my senses. That's some tasty nectar.

Initial taste is Caramel which is very pleasing. Overall taste is sweet but not a fan of the after taste which takes away from the enjoyment of this drink.

A solid tequila that is pleasant to sip. It expresses some vegetal notes with an overlay of caramel, burnt sugar and molasses.

A beautifully balanced sipping tequila. Enjoy it slowly and unsullied. I’ll take it with ice and take my time. Rich caramel notes and a citrus undertone keep it dancing over your tastebuds. Well played Mr Clooney. I feel as smooth as you when I’m drinking it.
