Aroma: Minimal agave detected Alcohol, citrus and herbal notes are prevalent Flavor: Rose petal and citrus peel flavors are there, not to the point I like but good infusion idea. Besides that it also carries mineral and metallic, reminds me of nail remover (acetone) Would only recommend for cocktails. It needs sweeteners and enhancements to make it fun to drink. Like the idea of rose petals infusion, but needs to be perfected, I think it overpowers leaving a metallic/mineral finish which is not very pleasant

Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: AGA1121TQLBR, bottled on 22-11-2021, tasted on 12-31-23. It has what appears to be red rose petal crumbs at the bottom of the bottle. Color: light pink. Aroma: light cooked agave, light vegetal notes, slightly herbaceous, slightly minty, earthy. Aromas are present but quite subtle. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, it is earthier with light minerality on the palate, at the end it is slightly bitter. Finish is short, a hint of cooked agave, hint of vegetal with earthy notes persist but quite short.
