Nose: Thin agave presence. Dusty sawdust. Flavor: Bitter pine, astringent chemicals and oak barrel. Finish is hard to evaluate fairly, since I expectorated the several sips needed to rate this tequila. Not well crafted... it screams diffuser and additives!

Maybe this just was not for my taste.. very drinkable a but on the high side of price. Smooth woodsy sawdust flavor to it.. definitely worth buying and trying at least once.

I like Buen Amigo better.

This would be my favourite Anejo for any tequila under $60 Canadian! I read a review that said it was comparable to Don Julio 1942. It doesn't end as smooth but for 1/2 the price it's well worth adding to your collection.
