NOM 1545 | Nose does not match the taste at all. Suspect some additives in this. I get strong notes of molasses & vanilla.

Good for cocktails… citrus forward with a chemical layer (acetone, astringent & briny) Tastes like a diffuser made tequila with additives

NOM 1455 | Nose: sweet cooked agave, lime, citrus, cooked pear, and anise Flavor: earthy, agave, light black pepper notes, sweetness of honey, and anise is in the background Finish: ice medium finish that starts sweet and ends with a nice spice I would use this tequila in my cooking. Would work with shrimp, butternut squash or eggplant

NOM 1545. Alcohol on the nose with some agave. Flavor is decent with some pepper. For under $30 I enjoyed it as a sipper. Would make a fine mixer. I agree with the other reviews, a nice middle of the road option

Casa Mexico This tequila is nice. It’s a solid blanco that sits right in the middle. It isn’t too sweet but it isn’t very complex either. This tequila can be a budget sipper and a solid mixer. Nose: Bright citrus, lime. Minerals and agave with a sweet note hiding in the back. Taste: Sweet agave, anise and pepper. Finish: The alcohol tingles on the pallet in a pleasant way. Nice pepper finish.

You get a frosting smell on the nose, not aggressive but still present. Also some light citrusy lime zest notes that leads to chemicals. Definitely some additives in this blanco. The taste isn't horrible but also is following that nose from before. Frosting and citrus, with some banana but almost like a runts candy banana. Not my favorite but for a bargain bottle it's okay.

NOM 1455 | Light on the nose, seems like Champagne yeast and light finish slight pepper

Nom 1545: Alcohol and Agave forward nose, herbal sweetness on the tongue. Bright but with an almost baking spice warmth in flavor. For the price ( 26.99 for me) probably one of the best Margarita tequilas I have found. Honestly, blew me away. Highest of the middle shelf.

NOM 1545 | Alcohol on the nose. Cooked agave with loads of anise up front and hints of lime, lite heat finish. Low price, could be a good mixer.
