Like any mass market blanco, this might as well be sold as Mexican vodka. No redeeming qualities whatsoever other than a strong alcoholic burn and a smell that reminds you why you quit drinking the stuff. Might be suitable as lighter fluid or motor fuel in an E85 vehicle, if you can up the alcohol content.

You’d probably be better off drinking bog water. Find something decent.

A few shots of this made me think I hated tequila for years before I finally tried something passable. Avoid at all costs

Better than the Gold. Still poor. Just say "No". If you must drink Jose.. Move up their lineup. I still would not recommend this as there are many great tequila choices at a good value. Read the reviews. You will be happier.

Medicinal, peppery, alcohol forward spirit for mixed drinks, that soils the 'tequila' good name. Avoid this one, you can do far better with just a few more dollars.

I wouldn't serve this $hit to my worst enemy. Even mixing it is off-limits. if it's alcohol burn you want, get this or everclear. tastes about the same

This was my first tequila purchase, based on cost and brand familiarity, as well as not realizing tequila isn’t supposed to burn and be awful. Once I learned about mixtos and purchased 1800, I had a threshold for comparison.

Strong alcohol in the nose with a hint of agave, chemical and fake sweet taste then the finish is hot with lingering chemical taste. Rated blind

Nose has honey sweetness, but definitely some paint thinner qualities. Loads of rubber on the palette, finish is slightly sweet but carries that rubbery flavour through a medium hot end.

Not a whole lot of taste or smell but it’s super smooth and very clean finish slight burn overall just surprised at how smooth expected the worst.

I would rather stick a shot glass in a sewage run off and snort it through my left nostril. This tequila is the stuff of nightmares. When you are telling a friend how tequila is amazing and they shudder this is why. I think the distillers have to wear hazmat suits while handling. Avoid this tequila like it wants to kill you and everyone you love (it probably does).

Some Burn...I think I now understand why it's probably one of the better tequila's to mix into a cocktail
