Nice agave aroma for an anejo. A touch of nuttiness, ripe fruit, spice and oak as well. A friend described it as "mini-donuts" too.
NOM 1107 | Found an old bottle of NOM 1107, Nose; sweet with cinnamon, lime peel, sea salt, and earth. Palate is missing the aroma, but with some citrus and mineral flavors added. Finish is short with citrus and earth tones but lack complexity
