Has a good, clean aroma, but not agave forward. A bit of cinnamon and a hint of black licorice on the finish. A solid quality tequila.

Aroma: Light notes of citrus, pepper and herbs. Flavor: Hard to pinpoint, very clean and smooth on the palate, herbs and agave. Finish: Very clean herbal finish with a bite of pepper spice. Flavor lasts on the tongue. Overall: One of the best blancos I’ve tried for drinking neat.

Aroma : Ripe cooked agave, alongside some baking spices, earth, and vegetal notes. Taste : The aromas carry through here with the right amount of sweet and spice. There is also some cinnamon and black pepper here to contrast the agave. Texture is nice and oily. Finish : Long and warm, and prolongs the sweet/spicy profile equal amounts.

I have grown to really love the full lineup from Don Fulano, starting with the blanco. No additives, no funny business, just straightforward good natural tequila. Aroma is agave, black pepper, earth and vegetal. Flavor has a rich sweet mature cooked agave taste. Super enjoyable. This is a tequila that will make both hardcore aficionados and tequila beginners happy.

Mint and peppery with a sweet finish, and a hint of cinnamon- layers of complexity. The more I drink it, the more I like it!

Good tequila, has a confectionary quality without being sweet, reminds of those little powdered sugar rolls I used to get as a kid for Halloween. Nice aftertaste doesn’t stick around too long, I’m a fan.

Surprising to have not rated as yet. A ton of agave but also some creaminess from the resting in stainless for a time before bottling. Natural sweetness that fades to slight bitterness.

Round full nose. Agave, spices, smoke and a grassy herbal note. A touch of ripe Italian cheese peeking through. Flavors are complex. Cinnamon, aniseed, green olives and pepper. Some mint and hint of an earthy and slightly bitter root vegetable. Long and bold finish.

I found an old bottle of this in Cozumel Mexico. The label was almost worn off but the juice was still great.

soft pepper nose with cooked agave close behind. slightly aggressive, but in a good way. it reminds me that I'm a man despite sipping from this dainty glass. citrus comes on strong up front, passing pepper around the bend. it's a quick race passed your pallet, with pepper, agave and butter close behind. but don't worry. you still won.

Cooked agave on the nose. The taste is cooked agave, and vegetal notes with a little pepper. The finish is medium. Good tasting experience.

It had a weird salt taste to it. The reposado was also the same salty taste. I’ve only had these two expressions so the others could be completely different.

Nose: Immediately smell sweet agave. There’s a citrus smell as well with a funk, but the good kind. Maybe a bit of an earthy smell as well When sipping there’s definitely a spicy yet sweet agave. An earthy taste as well The spicy, peppery finish lingers but not too much. Pretty smooth and pleasant all around.

AB tasting with Lalo. Earthy and vegetal notes. Peppery in the end but short finish. Lots of agave flavor. On the nose get the agave and vegetal notes. A little citrus on the nose but not much in the taste.

Sweet but, like the reposado, a bit light in flavor. very smooth. I recommend for anyone wanting a sipper that can't handle a bolder tequila.

Great drink and great price. At this price point, definitely top of the line Blanco. On a superficial note, the bottle is simple and beautiful.

Had a pour at local bar. It’s fine with a nice clean finish but I felt it had been a somewhat overhyped. But I’m not a huge fan of lowlands tequila.

Pepper aroma, melon on the tongue followed by something else, short finish that comes back

Aroma is safe and aromatic, I smell agave, cacao, banana, a herbaceous note, and water. Taste of cooked agave, nuts, cacao and trace amounts of caramel. Easy to drink and the dry down is charming, worth taking your time in-between sips. There is also the taste of chewed cashews, almonds, pecans. Very enjoyable.
