Gentle on the nose and palette, it’s got some agave going on but unfortunately it gets drowned out by the sweetener additive.

Agave and wet grass, very boozy on the nose. Lots of white pepper, less hot than expected based on the nose. Short finish with little complexity.

Had neat at Picante $10/neat. Aroma; cooked agave, pepper, vanilla, earth, spearmint and little alcohol. Flavor/palate; agave, alcohol, vanilla, yeast, earth, flowers and citrus. Good tequila and maybe a sipper here and there, but not a favorite. Finish is short but clean.

A pleasant surprise. I was expecting fire and brimstone and got a well balanced blanco of baked agave, black pepper and honey. Medium body and finish. A fantastic bottle with a solid tequila.

First impression The Blanco smells and tastes like kerosene. I do believe this will change.

Blanco much better than their harsh reposado!?! Bottle a keeper!

Aroma of agave, mint and mild vanilla. Flavor is pretty watered down on initial taste then gains heat and pepper on front and back of tongue. Warm peppery finish lingers on the tongue at the front and back. Something out of the ordinary here (not really in a good way). Definitely not your typical blanco. The packaging (especially in the early bottles with the clear bottoms and much more hand painted appearance) is impressive.

Cool bottle! That’s all its got going for it. The nose, flavor, and finish are all hot hot alcohol and pepper with no agave presence whatsoever. Massively harsh even in a cocktail. Thankfully, it was a gift from a friend who bought it in Mexico. Skip this bottle!

Heavy alcohol smell with very faint smell of anything else. Sampled this from a 50ml skull. Took 3 sips and dumped what was left down the drain.

Basic blanco, light agave sweetness on the palate, not much spice or mineral Nose if very light, can’t detect too much

Nose: alcohol, agave, black pepper, noticeable vanilla. Taste: Alcohol up front but tapers off, agave, vanilla, finishes ok, but just a tad sweet

Aroma is harsh;. alcohol is dominant (solvent or varnish). Best I can get from aroma is white pepper and a hint of I think what might be mint. Something in the flavor is off-putting to me. I like most Blancos that are 100% agave I've tried so far but this is is lowest on my list. Best part of it is the finish. Received this sample bottle from a friend so I don't have enough to test it in a cocktail. NOM 1472

Heavy alcohol pepper nose. The first flavor is alcohol followed by pepper, the finish is not long lasting like other tequila's in this price range. The saving grace for me is the bottle, very cool and looks great on a collector's shelf. For the same money you could be drinking El Tesoro Blanco a much better tequila.

Edit after a few days. At the begining, no aroma at all.. Only after the bottle was half emptied I was able to snif some agave perfume. Here in Switzerland the bottle is available for about 60 USD. Definitively too much. We will use the beautiful bottle for margarita.

I got a lot of "greenness" in this, especially mint in the nose. Initial taste was sharper and more medicinal than I was expecting, but it (and I) mellowed and I got more sweetness as I sipped and taste buds warmed up.
