Nose: Fruity entry! Cherries, apples and varied ripe orchard fruits. A sour note, maybe malolactic. In your face agave sweetness. Minerals and earthiness hold their own. Unique profile. Flavor: Fruitiness consistent with aromas, with the addition of dried fruits. Pleasing texture and body. Sufficient pepper and barrel spices to counter balance the prominent sweet notes. A dash of saltiness. A faint vanilla cream roundness creeps in on the finish.
