Profile is developed with an overpower sweetness (artificial) and minimal/to no agave detected. Oaky profile suitable for whiskey drinkers

Deep and rich, not too sweet. 5 years in a hybrid French/American oak barrel to impart some great flavor as well as forward baking spice. Much more prevalent earthiness.
Horrible maple syrup. Undrinkable.
