Nice complex blanco loads of cinnamon and nutmeg from the agave. I get a big vegetal note in the middle and a light peppery finish. I could definitely sip this more and bring more flavors out.

Nose: agave, cinnamon, lemongrass, nutmeg, and a hint of wet cement Flavor: white pepper, cinnamon, cloves and some agave , with a creamy and thick mouth feel Finish: is medium, peppery, with a fruity sweetness

Nose: Robust ripe agave, caramel, cinnamon, oranges, lemon peel, pine needles and minerals. Flavor: Spicy white pepper, cinnamon and cloves. Slightly viscous, round mouth feel of caramel and ripe cooked agave. It blooms in your mouth. Finish: Caramel, pepper and grapefruit rind. Just a hint of cedar shavings.

Agave, cinnamon and slight raw agave aromas. Very thick and full mouth feel. Creamy and sweet flavor, but not artificial. Dry but pleasant finish.

Orange blossom, sweet cooked agave, and cinnamon on the nose. Fruity, mild spice, cooked agave, and pepper on the palate. I just found this brand, and happy with this blanco.

Lot T120116BO, bottled on 11-04-2016. Nose: light sweet cooked agave, anise, light floral notes, light white pepper, feels fresh & slightly herbaceous. Palate: aromatic anise like sweet cooked agave, herbaceous, a hint of black pepper, fresh mouthfeel. Finish is medium to long, the anise like sweet cooked agave and a hint of black pepper persists.

Not overly complex but really well done. Nice hint of lemon on the nose
