Intense dried fruit, butter and caramel aroma and flavor.
This looks like a reposado, but smells like an extra añejo. Aroma of dried fruit, butter and strong vanilla. Flavor is vanilla and white chocolate. Finish is quite dry. This is a bit heavy-handed for a reposado.
Strong aroma of white chocolate and butter with hint of dried apricot. Chocolate finish but not much else in the mouth. If the point of this project is to highlight the agaves from 5 regions, they were sadly not represented.
Strong dried fruit aroma with some butter. Sweet flavor with vanilla and chocolate, less dry than the reposado. I don’t detect any agave here. This is a flavor profile that I know many people enjoy, but it’s a bit simple and heavy-handed for me.
