Really well balanced for an extra anejo. The aging adds to the other flavors instead of overpowering them. One of my favorite extra anejo s now.
Beautiful agave nose. You can smell it pouring it into the glass. Palate is a bit quick and the finish has a slightly bitter but long pepper finish. I definitely enjoy the finish on this. This is nice
Not overly complex, but extremely satisfying blanco with cooked agave, black pepper, and a slight sweetness on the finish with a little anise. Can’t go wrong with 7L.
Truly top tier blanco, to my taste it is better than the 7 decadas. It has more green flavors compared to regular siete leguas but the agave and minerality is amped. For beginners the proof may seem a bit harsh at the beginning compared to other tequilas but it is easy to get your palate used to it.
Aroma: 23 Sweet cool cooked agave with a vegetal punch. Grassy, green, olive with black pepper spice and cinnamon. Mild fruity undertones of dried cherry and strawberry. Palate: 27 Very nice silky texture and mouth feel. Front palate is very sweet layer agave and vanilla. Smoothly blends into pepper spice in the mid. Fruity spice with a kick at the tail end. Finish: 23 Finish is long and generally pleasant. Lots of pepper spice with mild fruity in the background. Is a little hot at first and then turns into a pleasant warming feeling. Value: 6 $82 bottle in San Francisco. Fantastic quality. $82 is a bit higher than I expected and would like but I will get another bottle when I finish my current one.
Wow this one has a lot going on. This is such an easy sipper for a still strength with bold aromas and flavors. Nose: cooked agave, earth, grass, black pepper, citrus, cinnamon, vegetal, and some brine. Palate: cooked agave, black pepper, cinnamon, citrus, vegetal, and brine. Such a great sipper that has a nice finish that lingers of cinnamon and brine. No burn at all. Extra points for the price point.

Nice nose of fruits and agave. Plenty of barrel spice. Honey, cinnamon, caramel, vanilla Agave on the palate followed by pepper I do get oakiness and vanilla and caramel. I get cherry and fruity notes.
