Tasted is Chisholm Trail Glass Aroma: Cooked Agave with a Vegetal touch is the first thing taken in. A Citrus note follows that brings a Lime punch to the party. A bit of Raw Agave jumps out. Cinnamon adds a little spiciness to the mix. An Earthiness is present. Cooked Sweet Potato is here too. A light herbal and mint are at end. Taste: Cooked Agave and Black Pepper start this off. A Raw Agave and Anise note give off a slight bitterness. A bright Citrus flavor sticks out. There is a Briny flavor that brings a salty touch and goes hand and hand with the Herbal and Mint. Finish: The finish is short in length and has a little of the Anise and Black Pepper with both Cooked and Raw Agave.

On the nose I get green pepper raw agave and fresh cut grass. On the palate I get raw and cooked agave with a burst of citrus and hints of cinnamon. The black pepper shows up in the mid to finish and carry through the finish where the brine shows up and adds a bit of salinity. overall this a a great tequila for noobs. low heat, additive free, and a clean taste. Def reccomend.

40% abv., LOTE: 100F42E: 17, tasted on 7-27-24. Aroma: raw agave, herbaceous, hint of brine, light acidity, light earthy note, light mint, after 20 minutes the agave note becomes sweeter. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, raw agave, cooked agave, slightly sour, good sweet & sour balance. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw agave, light cooked agave, light acidity with a hint of herbal note persists.
