I let it sit a half hour. made from their repo. nose and flavor are subtle, as I'd expect from a cristalino. You really need to get ur nose in the glass. Swirled it and got some vanilla notes, mild agave, some tropical fruit, peaches? and a faint smell of alcohol, which I thought was weird for a cristalino. It's drinkable, but not my profile. the blanco is better, and for the price difference, I recommend the blanco.
