Mexican 35% abv. versión, LOTE TG1004 16 EO NO3340, marbete is from aprox. year 2000, tasted on 5-4-24. Color: yellow to light yellow. Aroma: almost intense cooked agave, quite impressive considering its abv. Light sweetness similar to agave honey, light acidity, hint of citrus, light hay, light agave fibers. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light toasted caramel sensation, good sweet sour and acidic balance, slightly too subtle. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, light acidity, light hay, light agave fibers aroma with a hint of toasted caramel persists. Feels almost as if drinking agave juice!
