Found this up in Tlaquepaque for $380 pesos. The bottle looks like an old fashioned vegetable oil bottle. Aromas: Complementary barrel oak, balanced barrel spices. Vanilla and allspice stand out. Lush, ripe fruit (peach and cherry) and some cellar notes. Flavor: Barrel spices and pepper mingle with the thick agave sweetness. Caramel makes an appearance. A lot of flavor packed into this 38% ABV Mexican offering.
When it comes to the aroma, you can right away smell the wood. I can smell the agave, some vanilla and caramel. I taste a little bit of pepper, vanilla and oak. Very easy to sip on, enjoyable.

Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note is more intense on the palate, a hint of cinnamon. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with light citrus and a hint of pepper note persists.
