Sweet profile with spicy nuances
My wife was nice enough to grab a bottle of this for me to try. This is a little more sweet than I'd prefer as a "daily driver", but would be good for a dessert. I'm still learning about tastes and aromas but I got a definite maple syrup style smell at one point. One thing I can say is it doesn't seem to burn on the way down. Smooth finish.
